Welcome

I would like to, first and foremost, welcome you to my professional website. I hope that through this page, you can get to know not only my professional profile but also the human side that we all have and sometimes hesitate to show, especially in work environments.

I have always believed that behind a great professional, there should be a great person, and this is the path I have tried to follow since I was young.

Being a great professional goes beyond technical skills and knowledge in a specific field; it also involves a set of values and behaviors that reflect who we are as individuals. A great professional who is also a great person understands that success is not only measured by individual achievements but also by the positive impact one has on others and the community as a whole.

Living with principles and ethical values fosters the trust and respect of colleagues, clients, and partners. Relationships are built and maintained in the long term when people feel they are interacting with someone genuine and honest. This trust is invaluable, as it opens doors and creates opportunities that go beyond purely economic interests.

origin

From Russia to Spain at just 14 years old

Born into a humble family in the former Soviet Union, with a seamstress mother and a military father, I always dreamed that one day my life would change and I would be able to fulfill my true dream of becoming a businesswoman, having a comfortable position, and earning a living through a professional activity that would allow me to help others.

In 1997, the year my family and I emigrated to Spain, my dream began to come true, but not without first facing significant life challenges that, in one way or another, shaped my personality.

My mother, who was already separated from my father by then, had the courage and determination to take my siblings, our cat, and me, and give us a new opportunity in a country that we couldn’t even locate on the map.

Images of Vorkuta, the largest mining city in the world above the Arctic Circle, where I spent part of my childhood. I still remember those harsh winters when temperatures would drop to as low as -40°C, and we would go outside bundled up in countless layers of clothing to avoid freezing.

Finding my true calling

Our first years in Spain were far from easy. We lived in Red Cross shelters for refugees while my mother struggled to support us.

My Spanish evolved slowly as I helped my mother with cleaning work, which was our main source of income.

It wasn’t until 2008 that I had the opportunity to prepare for the university entrance exam for adults over 25 years old, aiming for better job prospects. To everyone’s surprise, I achieved very good grades.

Thanks to my teachers, who encouraged me to continue studying, I realized that my true purpose was to make a place for myself in the business world.

As a result, I successfully completed my studies and obtained a dual degree in Business Administration and Law from Pablo de Olavide University in Seville.

my first book

A pact with my life

In 2023, I decided to publish my first book, based on my memoirs. This autobiographical manuscript revisits the hardest moments of my childhood and adolescence, up to the balance and harmony I experience today, and all the challenges I have had to overcome.

A work full of emotions, with a compelling story of overcoming adversity, it is sure to leave no one indifferent. With this book, I have aimed to inspire those who feel they cannot achieve their personal or professional goals, no matter how difficult or unattainable they may seem.

In my case, through effort, persistence, discipline, but most importantly, unshakable faith and the conviction that I would succeed, I transformed my reality into the one I had always dreamed of.

Beyond Work

Media Appearances and Recognitions

Several media outlets have shown interest in my story and have invited me to share it on their programs, considering it a truly inspirational story, especially in times when we have become accustomed to hearing only negative news. Among others, I had the honor of appearing on Canal Sur Radio on Jesús Vigorra’s program and on RuSRadio Marbella, the Costa del Sol station for Russian-speaking audiences.

However, perhaps the public appearance that made me the most excited was the Closing Ceremony of the Master’s Programs at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, where I was invited to give a speech to inspire the new graduates.

I am sharing the full speech here and hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
